Built in 1962 for a serious Bay Area art collector, the original owners hired famed architect Joseph Esterick to put his timeless Mid-century residential design to work. Decades later, PCH was given the opportunity to remodel the home for the new owners, while preserving the original spaces. The finished product is both elegant and sophisticated and the views speak for themselves.
