Maintenance and Service Division

PCH’s Maintenance and Service team offers flexible and customizable estate maintenance programs in addition to general construction services. Our team specializes in routine maintenance and repair to keep your home looking and functioning at its best.

After an evaluation of the property, a personalized preventative maintenance task list is created. The list includes small chores, preventative tasks, and may include larger projects depending on clients’ requests.

On-going maintenance will ensure your property is in excellent condition. Services are done on a regular or as needed basis. From preparing an estate for a presidential visit to changing lightbulbs and cleaning gutters, we complete a wide range of services and can work seamlessly with estate managers or household staff. We bring the same level of attention to our maintenance and service projects as we do when building a new home.

Emergencies can happen, and our clients can rely on our team for emergency services such as driveway gates that won’t open, flooding, or other property damage. Our crew will respond to emergency situations with efficiency and precision.

Paint Division

With over 30 years of experience, our in-house Paint Division specializes in luxury residential painting. We pay attention to the details and are adept at painting any home – from modern estates to historic chateaus. Whether its painting a 20,000 square foot home or completing touch up work before hosting a fundraiser, our painters are committed to the highest standards in quality, excellence and to delivering the best to you.

Services include interior and exterior painting, drywall, faux finishing, staining, and maintenance. We bring the same level of detail and passion to our painting projects as we do when building a new home.

The Paint Division works hand in hand with PCH’s Maintenance and Service Division. Our in-house Maintenance and Service Division communicates directly with our painters ensuring our clients have their maintenance and paint requests taken care of in a timely manner.
