Bryan Murphy
President

Bryan Murphy brought his expertise to PCH in 1993. Originally from Ireland, he graduated from Limerick Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Technology from Heriot-Watt University. With extensive experience in digital data, he developed unique data-gathering tools for PCH that facilitate project management and optimize collaboration. He became PCH President in 2007, leading the company to its most successful years. In 2013 Bryan purchased the company from Dick Breaux, PCH’s founder. Outside of PCH, he enjoys spending time with his family in Belmont, coaching his sons’ soccer and rugby teams, and carving up the slopes on his snowboard. He’s also a board member of the Seahawks Youth Rugby Club, helping to ensure that the game of rugby has a bright future in the U.S.

Jennifer Beck
Chief Operations Officer, LEED AP BD+C

With a Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies and Urban and Regional Planning from Sonoma State University, Jennifer put her knowledge to work at University of San Francisco’s Environmental Management Program. She then moved to Seattle and worked at an environmental consulting firm, where she helped firms reduce waste and conserve natural resources. Since she came to PCH in 1997 the firm has benefited from her attention to detail and dedication to operational excellence. She’s also dedicated to coaching her kids’ baseball and softball teams, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Joey Leggett
Project Operations Manager

Joey Leggett joined PCH in 2013 and quickly became an integral part of the team. A graduate from California Polytechnic State University, with a degree in Construction Management, he has extensive experience in project management including scheduling, subcontract management and purchase order control. As the head of the Project Operations department, Joey has successfully guided his team to complete some of the Peninsula’s finest estates. In his spare time, Joey enjoys warm days at the beach with his wife and son, snowboarding, golfing, and woodworking.

Nancy Valero
Financial Controller

Nancy began her career as a tax associate with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Silicon Valley after earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Mount St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles. She began her career in the construction industry working for a regional CPA firm that specializes in construction contractors and worked her way to becoming a CFO for a regional engineering firm. Nancy brings a breadth of experience to PCH in her role as Financial Controller and continues to drive improvements and efficiencies in every department. She enjoys watching and coaching her daughters’ softball teams, traveling, camping, and hiking with their dog. She also volunteers as the Treasurer of her daughters’ school Parents Association and of their Club Swim Team.

Gary Lorin
Maintenance and Service Manager

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Gary worked as a San Francisco police officer for five years and then went on to become an FBI Special Agent for over 20 years. After retiring from the FBI, he joined PCH in 2019 and manages the Maintenance and Service department. Overseeing five full time technicians, his team specializes in home service and maintenance, including site work, painting, home repair, and event prep. Whether it is managing historical estates or taking care of a flooded basement, PCH’s dedicated team can handle any size task. In his free time, Gary enjoys spending time with his wife and children, golfing, hiking, and remodeling projects.

Una Breathnach
Business Development Manager

Originally from Ireland, Una studied pharmacology at Trinity College in Dublin. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the Irish Marketing Institute and studied Social Media Marketing at San Francisco State University. After a successful 20-year career in the pharmaceutical industry, Una officially joined PCH in 2021. Being married to PCH’s president, Bryan Murphy, Una has always been involved with the business and now PCH benefits from her strong business development and communication skills. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with Bryan, their two teenage boys, and traveling.
