PROJECT COORDINATOR: Working closely with the project manager and project superintendent, this person will provide the required communication, documentation and everyday management of tasks on a jobsite. Project Coordinators ensure that project cost, materials and services are risk managed, budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner. Applicant should possess a four-year college degree in Construction Management and have a minimum of two years work experience in construction. We will also consider an applicant who possess any combination of education and experience that provides the equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
LEAD CARPENTER: This person should have excellent carpentry skills, as well as the ability to organize the project efficiently, profitably, and timely. This is a “bags-on” position. Qualified candidates will have at least ten years of carpentry experience and extensive knowledge of high-end residential construction.
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: PCH offers a paid internship position giving students the opportunity to learn all facets of high end residential construction. Each intern is guided and mentored by a PCH project coordinator and will have access to work on multiple projects. We offer year round temporary internships.
